These Terms of Service govern your use of the Prestige CLT Auto Rentals website and vehicle rental services operated by Prestige CLT Auto Rentals ("Prestige CLT Auto Rentals," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1.Services
Prestige CLT Auto Rentals provides vehicle rental services for rideshare and delivery drivers in the Concord, NC area. We offer weekly and monthly sedan rentals with vehicle delivery to your location.
2.Eligibility
To rent a vehicle from Prestige CLT Auto Rentals, you must:
-Be at least 25 years of age
-Hold a valid driver's license
-Provide valid government-issued photo identification
3. SMS Communications
By submitting your phone number through our website or inquiry form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from Prestige CLT Auto Rentals at the number provided. Messages may include rental confirmations, vehicle availability updates, appointment reminders, and promotional offers.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at
[email protected]. Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of renting a vehicle.
4. Rental Agreement
A separate rental agreement will be provided at the time of vehicle delivery. All rentals are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your rental start date are free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Liability
Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear. Prestige CLT Auto Rentals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
